Return and Refund Policy
1. Conditions for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise specified).
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- If items have quality issues or were damaged during shipping, please provide relevant photos as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged, unless due to quality issues.
- Clearance, customized, and personalized items (unless they have quality defects).
3. Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected], providing your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Confirmation: We will reply within 1–2 business days to confirm your return request.
- Return Address: Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
- Send Back the Item: Ship the item within 15 days of receiving the return confirmation and provide the tracking number.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to quality issues or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changing your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

7. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests under the following terms:

- Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return it following the return process after receiving the item.
