Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays, and we aim to process orders as quickly as possible during business hours.
In case of unexpected situations (e.g., stock shortages or system errors), processing time may be delayed. We will notify you via email with an updated processing time if this happens.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. However, the following situations may cause delays:

  • High demand during peak seasons or promotions

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters (e.g., snowstorms, floods) causing delivery delays

  • Courier issues (e.g., transport vehicle breakdowns, rerouted delivery routes)
    If there are any delays, we will contact you promptly with updates.

Change of Delivery Address

You may change your shipping address free of charge before a tracking number is issued.
Once the tracking number is generated and the order is with the courier, address changes are no longer possible.
To ensure timely processing, we recommend reviewing your delivery address carefully at checkout.

Order Tracking

If you have registered an account, you can check your order and shipping status in your account dashboard.
If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using your Order ID and email on the order tracking page.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update due to courier system schedules.

Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund with no handling fees.
Once the order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
In special cases, such as item out of stock or shipping issues, you will be notified before shipment, and you can choose to cancel the order for a full refund.

Shipping Coverage

No sales tax is charged on any order.
Free shipping is available for the following countries/regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Australia, and others.
If your country is outside the free shipping coverage, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Same-Day Processing Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00, Pacific Standard Time) are eligible for same-day processing.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day, depending on order volume and workload.

Handling Unexpected Situations

During peak seasons or unexpected situations (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), processing and shipping times may be delayed.
If your order cannot be shipped on time, you will be notified via email or SMS.
If the order cannot be shipped on time, you may choose to wait or request a refund. We will make every effort to minimize inconvenience and provide timely solutions.
